PRICES YOU PAY AT MRE.
Shop RRP
The Shop RRP price is the full price of any item, as shown on manufacturers price lists, and what you will pay in the MRE shop. Why do we do this ? When you visit the MRE shop, you can browse all the items in stock, taking your time to compare items next to each other and make an informed choice of what to buy. You can get expert help from the shop staff, and will often get a free cup of coffee as well ! To do this, we have to cover the costs of the shop overheads, the staff have to be paid, and of course we have all the stock available for you to browse. To enable us to provide this environment for you to enjoy, we cannot offer the prices that our mail-order service provides. The MRE Shop staff are very helpful on the telephone, but can only quote Shop RRP prices and will request that you order online for the mail order online prices.
There are no facilities for sales at online mail-order prices in the shop, as it is separate from our mail-order administration. The following prices only apply to orders received online, and NOT in the MRE Shop.

MRE Mail Price is the normal price that we offer to every mail-order customer. This makes it attractive to buy online as the reduction will often cover the postage costs of having items delivered to your door for you. Therefore, it can often be no more expensive to buy online than it is to visit the MRE shop. |

We believe in supporting enthusiasts whenever we can, and are happy to offer a lower price to members of some recognised clubs. Members of the clubs on our club list will automatically pay the lower MRE Club price after registering online with MRE. See the Club Members page for details. |

We like to look after our regular customers, and shopping with MRE will save you money as you will become a Star Customer and get our best price on all the items you buy. We’ll keep a record of your purchases, and the MRE Star price will be applied automatically to your orders. See the Star Customer page for details. |
NON-EEC Customers
We recognise that we have many regular customers around the world, and can offer more attractive prices to our valued overseas friends who buy from MRE. Even when paying International Shipping costs, this makes our prices very attractive for customers around the world. If you live outside of the EEC countries, we can take the VAT tax off your purchases. The same MRE price conditions apply, we’ll keep a record of your purchases, and the correct MRE price will be applied automatically to your orders. You must live outside of EEC countries to qualify, see the EEC list below.

You have to pay VAT if you live in any of the countries listed here. If you live anywhere else, you can buy from MRE at the prices listed without VAT.

Please note there is no VAT on books, magazines, and catalogues. Therefore there is no VAT reduction for overseas customers.
Note 2.
Club Member and Star Customer prices only apply to completed sales. We accept advance orders for all items due for release, but the appropriate price is only applied at time of sale. Therefore, ordering items that are not available yet does NOT automatically apply Club Member and Star Customer prices.
