Today we have just sent out our first weekly Newsletter of 2014 - hope you all enjoy it. As usual it has the latest arrivals, new cars announced by manufacturers, and all the snippets of slot gossip that keeps our hobby alive.
One thing we are going to be doing in 2014 is streamlining our systems a little bit. You'll see some improvements in the way things work, but many of the changes are behind the scenes to help us process your orders more efficiently.
We will be checking customers accounts are up to date - that means removing conflicting accounts for the same person who has made more than one account, verifying contact and payment details, and confirming advance orders.
If you haven't received our weekly Newsletter lately, it probably means your email address is no linger valid. We know that people do change their email contact details and would like to remind you to update the information on your MRE customer account. To reduce our bandwidth and possibility of spamming we will be removing customers from our mailing list and if they don't have a valid email address, and possibly removing accounts with no current contact information.
IF OUR WEELY NEWSLETTERS HAVE BEEN BOUNCING BACK FROM YOUR REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS IT COULD BE REMOVED FROM OUR DATABASE, OR IF YOU DON'T HAVE A VALID PHONE NUMBER AND WE CAN'T CONTACT YOU VIA YOUR MRE ACCOUNT WE ASSUME YOU DON'T WANT TO HEAR FROM US AND WE CAN DELETE YOU ?
